Does Hailmary Studio work with clients in Jakarta?
Yes. We work with companies, schools, and small businesses in Jakarta and across Greater Jakarta. Consultations, meetings, and training happen online, so distance doesn’t slow the project down. If a project needs an in-person meeting, for example to study the workflow at your office, a visit can be discussed.
Can we meet in person?
For clients in and around Bogor, yes. For other cities in Greater Jakarta, most of the work happens online, and on-site visits can be discussed based on the project. The first meeting is usually a video call.
Do you work with clients outside Greater Jakarta?
Yes. The websites, business software, online stores, and school systems we build are web-based, so they work anywhere. Clients elsewhere in Java and across Indonesia work with us fully online, from consultation to training and maintenance.
How do we communicate during the project?
Day-to-day communication runs over WhatsApp and email, with video calls for key meetings. You talk directly with the people who design and build the system, with no middlemen, so nothing gets lost along the way.
